Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. No hassle.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@sfsustainable.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We do not accept returns on orders due to change of mind or slow sales. All wholesale sales are final outside of damage or defect claims.

We're a small, family-run business and we genuinely care about our retail partners. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll take care of you.
